We are Regionalverkehre Start Deutschland GmbH – Start Unterelbe, based in Cuxhaven, and have been operating the regional route between Hamburg and Cuxhaven since December 2018. We are part of Regionalverkehre Start Deutschland GmbH, a nationwide operator and a subsidiary of DB Regio AG, founded in Frankfurt am Main in 2016.

We are looking for dedicated colleagues to join us on our regional route.

• advising and looking after our passengers on board the trains with passion
• creating a pleasant atmosphere on our trains with your friendly manner
• providing passengers with information about connections and disruptions
• checking tickets and selling tickets on board and more

then you are the customer advisor (m/f/*) we are looking for!

You will fit in with us if you …

• have successfully completed training in a commercial or service-oriented profession
• have several years of experience in train attendant services and are characterised by exceptional customer and service orientation
• enjoy taking on the role of host with enthusiasm and passion
• impress with a well-groomed, friendly demeanour and a high level of commitment
• stand out for your resilience, teamwork skills and willingness to go the extra mile
• are willing to work irregular shifts, including weekends and public holidays, and to wear company attire
• ideally have a good command of English
