Arbitration

We participate in the arbitration procedure of the German Conciliation Body for Public Transport (söp). If you are not satisfied with the way your request has been handled you can submit an arbitration request to the independent arbitration body söp (söp, Fasanenstraße 81, 10623 Berlin; www.soep-online.de).
